OUR GUARANTEE

 

BRA Warranty: If, within 30 days, you notice our product has a defect in material or workmanship, we will gladly exchange it for you. (NO REFUND ON BRAS - for hygenic reasons)

 

  • There are no refunds or exchanges on any worn or soiled undergarment. For hygienic reasons.

  • If you are not satisfied with the fit of your TAB bra, that you have purchased in-person, be sure to call within 72 hours of your purchase date and we will be happy to make adjustments to your new bra (no refund/no exchange.) 

  • We cannot accept any requests for Firma Wear exchanges after 72 hours for any product. 

  • Please allow up to 30 business days for your exchange to be processed - to provide for restocking.

Merchandise Exchanges FIRMA products:

 

  • Merchandise must be in the exact same condition as when you initially received it, not worn;

  • Your original invoice must accompany your order for us to process your exchange;

  • We cannot accept any requests for Firma Wear exchanges after 72 hours for any product. Email ottawabraclinic@gmail.com to let us know you want to exchange or return a Firma Wear product.

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs of returned products;

  • If mailing, please insure all merchandise, as you are responsible for the product until it reaches us; we are not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during shipment of the item you are returning;

  • We guarantee against all manufacturer’s defects for up to 30 days from date of purchase. A product would be replaced, not refunded.
