BRA Warranty: If, within 30 days, you notice our product has a defect in material or workmanship, we will gladly exchange it for you. (NO REFUND ON BRAS - for hygenic reasons)

There are no refunds or exchanges on any worn or soiled undergarment. For hygienic reasons.

If you are not satisfied with the fit of your TAB bra, that you have purchased in-person, be sure to call within 72 hours of your purchase date and we will be happy to make adjustments to your new bra (no refund/no exchange.)

We cannot accept any requests for Firma Wear exchanges after 72 hours for any product.

Please allow up to 30 business days for your exchange to be processed - to provide for restocking.

Merchandise Exchanges FIRMA products:

Merchandise must be in the exact same condition as when you initially received it, not worn;

Your original invoice must accompany your order for us to process your exchange;

We cannot accept any requests for Firma Wear exchanges after 72 hours for any product. Email ottawabraclinic@gmail.com to let us know you want to exchange or return a Firma Wear product.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs of returned products;

If mailing, please insure all merchandise, as you are responsible for the product until it reaches us; we are not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during shipment of the item you are returning;

We guarantee against all manufacturer’s defects for up to 30 days from date of purchase. A product would be replaced, not refunded.
