Warranty: If, within 30 days, you notice our product has a defect in material or workmanship, we will gladly exchange it for you.


  • If you are not satisfied with the fit of your bra, be sure to call within 72 hours of your purchase date and we will be happy to make adjustments to your new bra. 

  • We cannot accept any exchanges after 72 hours. 

  • Please allow up to 30 business days for your exchange to be processed - to provide for restocking. 

  • There are no refunds on any worn or soiled undergarment, for hygienic reasons.


Merchandise Exchanges:


  • Merchandise must be in the exact same condition as when you initially received it;

  • Your original invoice must accompany your order for us to process your exchange;

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs of returned products;

  • If mailing, please insure all merchandise, as you are responsible for the product until it reaches us; we are not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during shipment of the item you are returning;

  • We guarantee against all manufacturer’s defects for 30 days from date of purchase.
